About the Role
This is a permanent position within the banking industry, based at the main branch. The Senior Relationship Manager will primarily focus on generating leads and managing client interactions directly on-site.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage and assist walk-in customers at the branch.
- Assess and analyze customer profiles to understand their needs.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with other candidates and teams for offering suitable solutions.
- Handle sales processes, service delivery, and complete documentation required for lead conversion.
