Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead comprehensive US Telecom Voice BPO operations based in Pune. This crucial role demands extensive experience in managing large-scale BPO functions with a focus on the US and UK markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the complete US Telecom Voice BPO operations lifecycle.
- Ensure operational excellence managing a sizable workforce of over 200 full-time employees.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years professional experience, including at least 5 years in the US or UK BPO processes.
- Proven track record in managing large teams within voice contact center environments.
- Must hold a graduation degree as a prerequisite.
Compensation & Other Details
- Annual salary package up to 1,800,000 INR.
