About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation based in Canada to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive business growth and expand market reach. This leadership position focuses on creating and scaling revenue-driven marketing initiatives aimed at enterprise clients and key strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive B2B demand generation strategy annually that aligns campaigns, budget allocation, and priorities with revenue goals.
- Gain in-depth insights into enterprise buyers to craft tailored marketing programs that effectively guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Manage account-based marketing efforts utilizing paid advertising, email marketing, personalized outreach, and data-driven tactics.
- Harness buyer intent signals, automation, and AI marketing technologies to identify and activate new growth opportunities.
- Lead strategy for industry events, executive engagement programs, trade shows, and customer experiences that foster pipeline growth.
- Create and oversee content development, campaign messaging, customer success stories, and thought leadership activities to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, customer success, product marketing, and operations to ensure unified go-to-market execution.
- Establish frameworks to measure campaign performance, analyze impact, and link marketing initiatives directly to revenue outcomes.
- Continuously optimize demand generation programs through rigorous testing and data analysis.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally targeting enterprise clients in sectors such as grocery, retail, CPG, or technology.
- Demonstrated ability to create and run multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline results.
- Strong knowledge of account-based marketing, buyer journey mapping, and complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experienced in managing major industry events, executive engagement programs, trade shows, and customer outreach campaigns.
- Proficient in content development including campaign messaging, email marketing, event promotion, and brand storytelling.
- Capable of defining strategic marketing plans, presenting them clearly, and influencing both sales teams and senior leadership.
- Experienced in leveraging AI-driven tools and marketing automation to enhance campaign efficiency and performance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution, reporting metrics, and impact measurement.
- Strong collaborative skills with proven ability to align diverse teams toward common business objectives.
