Senior Executive Data Analyst - Hotels Segment

About the Role

Focused on customer satisfaction and innovation driven by technology, this team manages a substantial portfolio of both domestic and international lodging options catering to leisure and business travelers. The Hotel Supply Analytics team acts as the analytical center for the supply function, supporting growth and operational efficiency through actionable insights and automation.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex datasets into pragmatic business recommendations for the Independent Hotels segment.
• Lead and execute multiple analytics projects aimed at driving supply growth.
• Collaborate across functions such as Category, Revenue, and Product teams to fulfill business objectives and contribute to overall organizational growth.
• Deliver impactful qualitative and quantitative analyses to support various business initiatives and leadership reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability of the supply function.
• Conduct in-depth competitor benchmarking to reveal opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with management to prioritize objectives and provide insights that guide critical decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering with 2 to 6 years of experience in analytics, growth management, or business analysis in fast-moving or technology-driven companies.
• Proficient with data analytics tools including SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel for handling large datasets and generating actionable insights.
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving with the ability to translate data findings into tangible business impacts.
• Great verbal and written communication skills enabling effective stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.
