Job Opportunity: Senior Collection Executive (Debt Recovery)
We are urgently hiring for the role of Senior Collection Executive at Onemi Technology Solutions Limited, serving clients like KISSHT & RING (NBFC). This position is located across more than 20 sites in Bangalore, Karnataka, with a total of 100 vacancies (5 per location). Selected candidates will play a vital role in debt recovery operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- A fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000.
- Performance incentives up to ₹21,000, allowing total earnings to exceed ₹41,000 monthly.
Candidate Requirements & Eligibility
- Mandatory possession of a Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certificate.
- At least one year of experience in debt recovery or collection activities.
- Must own a working motorcycle and hold a valid driving license.
- Proficiency in either Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or English languages.
- No age restrictions; candidates of all ages may apply.
