Job Summary

We seek a visionary and experienced Senior 3D Graphic Designer to bolster our Events team. The role demands 5-8 years of practical expertise in designing and visualizing events such as exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns, and government projects. Candidates will translate client requirements into compelling 3D concepts and polished presentation visuals, ensuring creativity meets functional event execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Devise innovative 3D event designs and visual concepts aligned with client briefs.
• Produce intricate 3D models for a variety of event types including exhibitions, stage setups, product launches, award shows, and experiential marketing occasions.
• Generate superior quality renders, walkthrough animations, and visuals for client pitches and proposals.
• Design event layouts integrating branding, structural components, lighting arrangements, and crowd flow considerations.
• Collaborate closely with Client Servicing, Production, and Operations teams to validate the feasibility and execution of proposed designs.
• Incorporate client feedback to refine and optimize designs without compromising quality or deadlines.
• Mentor junior design staff on visualization methods, design standards, and project execution strategies.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in event design, experiential marketing trends, materials, and production processes.
• Efficiently manage concurrent projects, ensuring all creative deliverables are submitted on schedule.

Qualifications & Experience

• Between 5 and 8 years of demonstrated experience in event management, exhibition design, or experiential marketing agencies.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Certification or specialized training in 3D visualization is required.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in 3ds Max is essential.
• Experience with V-Ray or Corona Renderer for high-quality rendering.
• Competence in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is preferred but not mandatory.
