Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Assist the Operation Executive in overseeing security operations at multiple sites.
• Coordinate the daily deployment of security personnel to ensure adequate staffing and cover shortages as needed across locations.
• Develop and manage security officers’ work schedules and rostering.
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with clients to discuss operations and updates.
• Maintain regular communication and engagement with both security officers and clients.
• Conduct periodic site inspections and supervisory reviews to ensure compliance and operational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge in physical security practices including site supervision, access control, and handling incident responses.
• Strong communication abilities for accurate reporting, effective stakeholder interaction, and coordinating with teams and clients.
• Relevant background in security operations, law enforcement, or risk management is advantageous.
• Willingness and capability to work in shifts, maintain composure under pressure, and make critical decisions during emergencies.
• Familiarity with security-related technologies, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting software is preferred.
• Must hold PRD Security Supervisor licenses.
