Overview

Method Resourcing is collaborating with a growing financial services company based in Bristol to secure a Scrum Master. This role focuses on delivering a critical software implementation project relating to pensions, emphasizing technology and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation initiatives.
Collaborate closely with smaller development teams, acting as the primary Scrum Master to drive project success.
Address process gaps and ensure efficient software delivery aligned with business goals.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing complete software implementations from concept to delivery.
Technical comprehension of .Net framework, integrations, and Web API functionalities from a delivery perspective.
Preferably possess prior experience working within pension-related projects or environments.
Ability to work effectively with small teams and act as a core Scrum Master for agile development.

Contract Details

Location: Primarily remote, with occasional presence required in Bristol.
Contract duration: Project delivery up to November followed by a 12-month contract period for ongoing support.
Employment status: Inside IR35 regulations apply.
Compensation: Up to £600 per day.
