Key responsibilities

• Run daily coordination meetings for the advisory team so everyone stays aligned on research progress and client needs related to the logistics partner.
• Maintain project boards and refresh task status across research work, counterparty analysis, and decision-support materials.
• Spot workflow issues early and help remove obstacles that could slow down internal briefings or client recommendations.
• Assist the team in improving processes with a more hands-on, practical approach to task management.
• Capture and organize important points from internal strategy discussions so critical details about counterparties are not missed.
• Coordinate internal review timing so senior partners have time to provide input before key client milestones.
• Collect basic information on team throughput and task completion to support planning for future work and resource allocation.
• Attend some senior-level meetings as an observer to learn how process supports commercial judgment.
