This senior developer position involves designing and deploying solutions within SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central and Time Off/Time Sheet capabilities. The role requires applying specialized knowledge in the Utilities and Oil and Gas industries to improve processes and system effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute SuccessFactors solutions related to Employee Central and Time Off/Time Sheet modules to satisfy business needs.
- Work closely with diverse teams to collect and analyze specifications aligning with industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and enhance system operations ensuring smooth platform integration.
- Offer specialized technical advisory on SuccessFactors implementations to develop scalable and reliable solutions.
