SAP Service and Asset Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have significant expertise in SAP implementations, configurations, and customizations, particularly with the SAP S/4HANA platform and Fiori applications. A strong background in the oil and gas industry and familiarity with the Middle East market are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation cycles, with at least two full lifecycle project completions.
• Customize and configure SAP Service and Asset Manager modules, ensuring compliance with performance and security standards.
• Create and maintain project documentation, manage change control procedures, and provide technical writing/reporting support.
• Develop and deliver client and internal team training and knowledge transfer sessions, supported by comprehensive documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience with at least two complete SAP Service and Asset Manager implementations on the S/4HANA platform.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications, including custom Fiori Apps development using RAP framework.
• Expertise in SAP SSAM architecture with an understanding of infrastructure and security requirements.
• Strong knowledge of PM (Plant Maintenance) and QM (Quality Management) module integration within SAP.
• Proficient in SAP BTP configuration and integration of SSAM with third-party applications.
• Working knowledge of ABAP programming language.
• Familiarity with SSAM access authorization and security protocols.

Additional Information

This position is a contract role based onsite in the Doha Metropolitan Area. Candidates with relevant oil & gas sector experience and exposure to the Middle Eastern market will be favored.
