Key Responsibilities

• Deliver support for the SAP FI/CO modules by identifying and resolving technical and functional issues.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of business requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Create detailed functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams, including ABAP developers.
• Configure SAP systems and perform necessary testing procedures.
• Assist users throughout user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
• Facilitate training sessions for key users and maintain up-to-date training documentation.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience with SAP FICO in either corporate or consulting roles.
• Deep functional understanding of FI and CO business processes.
• Practical experience in full SAP implementations or rollout projects.
• Capability to operate independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Business units.

Desirable Skills

• Certification in SAP FICO is advantageous.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA Finance platform.
• Knowledge of integration points between FI/CO and other SAP modules like MM and SD.
• Experience in both project and support environments.
