About the Role

Join Infosys as a SAP BASIS Consultant supporting SAP HANA environments. Infosys is a leading global digital services and consulting company, operating across 46 countries. The role involves managing SAP systems through expert administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to facilitate clients' digital transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP environments by diagnosing and resolving system issues impacting performance, availability, and security.
• Execute kernel upgrades on SAP HANA systems and manage backup and recovery procedures to ensure system integrity.
• Handle user management tasks which include adding new users, assigning appropriate permissions, and maintaining user profiles.
• Adhere to deadlines and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders for the timely delivery of responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to address and escalate complex technical problems effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS Administration focusing on HANA technologies.
• Demonstrate expertise in Backup & Recovery, Kernel Upgrades, Time Management System (TMS), and User Administration within SAP.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in any specialization such as B.C.A., B.Com, B.Sc., B.B.A., B.M.S., B.Tech, or B.E.
• Have strong knowledge of SAP System Monitoring tools, including ST01, ST02, SMON, SOA, and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
