Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage email marketing campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) tools.
• Create responsive HTML/CSS email templates, ensuring accuracy and compatibility.
• Segment and finalize target audiences using data extensions and advanced segmentation techniques.
• Compose and optimize complex SQL queries within SFMC for precise data targeting and personalization.
• Build and maintain automated workflows with Automation Studio for recurring campaigns and data processes.
• Develop and oversee customer journey campaigns through Journey Builder to boost engagement and lifecycle marketing.
• Execute SMS messaging campaigns using SFMC Mobile Studio.
• Handle SFMC API integrations to synchronize data and connect with external platforms.
• Maintain data quality, compliance, and ethical use of subscriber data across all marketing initiatives.
• Track campaign metrics, identify issues, and implement strategies for performance enhancement.
