Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and vendors within the industrial sector through outbound calls. The role involves generating qualified leads, arranging meetings for the field sales personnel, and providing tailored product recommendations based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls targeting prospects in industrial industries.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the on-field sales force.
Analyze customer requirements and suggest appropriate industrial products.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to ensure closure.
Develop and sustain robust relationships with current customers.
Consistently meet monthly sales goals and lead generation KPIs.
Document customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate order processing and provide customer support.

Candidate Requirements

Mentioned qualifications include graduation in any field.
Demonstrated telesales experience ranging from one to three years, ideally involving industrial products.
Background in B2B sales or experience selling industrial products will be considered advantageous.
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
