Sales Executive

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive with 1 to 10 years of experience and a graduate-level education to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling sales operations, and achieving sales targets while upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and understand customer needs followed by recommending suitable products.
• Efficiently manage sales transactions including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
• Promote additional or related products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Resolve any customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Consistently meet or surpass assigned individual and team sales objectives.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to enhance store performance.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to management for improving service quality.
• Keep updated on product knowledge and adhere strictly to company policies and store guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree is mandatory.
• Between 1 and 10 years of relevant sales experience required.
