Role Overview
Caldera Medical is seeking driven and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Sales Associate in Boston, MA. This role offers a comprehensive training phase followed by independent account management within a defined territory. The position focuses on expanding and maintaining medical device sales with an emphasis on improving women's health.
Responsibilities
- Undergo 3 to 6 months of training alongside a Territory Representative (TR).
- After training, assume responsibility for managing and growing multiple accounts in your territory over the subsequent 3 to 6 months.
- Travel approximately 30-40% of the time to sustain existing revenues, attend surgeries, develop sales opportunities, and secure approvals and surgeon endorsements.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Less than 6 years of professional experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities paired with strategic thinking acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and openness to coaching and ongoing development.
- Willingness to relocate anywhere within the U.S. upon promotion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
Additional Preferred Attributes
- Experience in B2B sales, pharmaceutical sales, or as an Associate Representative in medical devices.
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills, including participation in athletics or extracurricular activities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and motivated mindset.
