Job Overview
Join the team at COMSPOT as a Sales Assistant supporting the B2B Apple large account division. You will keep orders on track while closely coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare offers, process customer orders, and ensure smooth order management.
- Monitor delivery and order management diligently, addressing any pending orders or backlogs.
- Collaborate closely with purchasing and logistics departments to resolve any issues.
- Maintain up-to-date customer and order data in the ERP system, handle complaint processing, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in sales back office or inside sales preferred, but career changers from retail or other areas are welcome and will be trained within a few weeks.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders and inquiries simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset to interact confidently with customers and cross-functional teams including sales, purchasing, and logistics.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude aimed at practical problem-solving and anticipating challenges independently.
Compensation
The monthly gross salary ranges from 2500 to 3200 EUR, depending on qualifications and work experience, for full-time employment.
