Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Sales Assistant position is based in Doha, Qatar. The role supports the sales function through administrative coordination, preparation of sales collaterals, accurate record keeping in CRM and related systems, and consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage routine administrative support for the sales team.
- Prepare and organize sales documents, presentations, and related materials.
- Keep CRM entries and other records up to date and accurate.
- Respond to customer questions and route information as needed.
- Follow up on leads and support pipeline tracking.
- Arrange meetings and product demo schedules.
- Work with internal departments to ensure smooth information sharing.
- Help draft proposals and support basic sales reporting.
- Contribute to professional customer service and day-to-day sales operations.
- Assist with the execution of sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Good people skills and a customer-focused approach for dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Foundational to intermediate understanding of sales support, lead handling, and opportunity tracking.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills in a busy work setting.
