About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join the team at Monaghan's Centra, Seamus Quirke Road, Galway. The primary goal of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction remains the top priority by engaging with customers with pride, enthusiasm, and expert knowledge.

• Highly attentive to detail, organized, and adaptable to changing demands.
• Capable of working independently while also collaborating as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
