Job description
Position Overview
The Sales and Leasing Team Lead at Abaad Real Estate Services will oversee all aspects of the company's Sales and Leasing operations. This role involves comprehensive team leadership combined with commercial accountability for revenue generation, business growth, property acquisition, client relations, pipeline management, and completion of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Sales and Leasing team, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals are consistently met.
- Manage the entire sales and leasing process from lead sourcing and evaluation to property showings, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Directly handle significant or strategic transactions as needed.
- Track and evaluate agent activities including conversion rates, follow-ups, viewings, and sales closures.
- Set team and individual objectives, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Assign leads, organize workloads, and maintain rigorous follow-up and CRM discipline.
- Provide coaching and training to agents on client prospecting, negotiation tactics, property showcasing, and deal closing strategies.
- Identify underperformance and implement corrective actions to enhance team effectiveness.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and growth initiatives for Sales and Leasing staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors, corporate clients, and partners.
- Acquire new residential and commercial property listings, prioritizing exclusive agreements.
- Generate corporate leasing opportunities and sustain recurrent business accounts.
- Spot possibilities for property and leasing management and convert potential leads into signed contracts.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and detailed CRM records, forecasting revenue and addressing gaps in performance.
- Ensure the sales pipeline consistently holds at least triple the monthly revenue target.
- Monitor profitability, appropriate commission systems, and maximize revenue potentials.
- Strengthen client relationships among buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and corporate clientele.
- Lead complex negotiations, support sales agents, and manage escalated client concerns ensuring premium service standards.
- Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with internal procedures.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on team performance, revenue, transactions, leads, and market insights to management.
- Enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and strategic plans within the Sales and Leasing function.

Candidate Profile
- Possesses 3 to 5+ years’ experience in real estate sales and leasing, with preference for candidates familiar with the Qatar market.
- Demonstrated success in sales, leasing, and business development.
- Experience in leading or supervising sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, deal-closing, and relationship management skills.
- Well-versed in Qatar’s real estate environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems, sales pipeline management, and reporting procedures.
- Exceptional communication, team leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Commercially focused, goal-driven, and capable of self-directed work.
