Sales Advisor (US Process – Night Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to grow as Sales Advisors handling our US client segment during night shift hours. In this role, you will be engaging with prospective customers, assessing their requirements, and enrolling them into our company's services.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging
• Accurately assess client requirements and clearly communicate service details
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process into our offerings
• Effectively generate and manage sales leads
• Arrange and conduct meetings and follow-ups with clients
• Maintain precise documentation using CRM tools

Working Schedule and Shift

This position requires working the US night shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Eligibility and Candidate Profile

• Open to freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience
• Excellent proficiency in English communication is essential
• Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities
