About the Role

A prestigious family based in London is searching for a compassionate, professional, and skilled full-time Rota Nanny to care for their charming 2-year-old daughter. The position involves a rota schedule of two weeks working followed by two weeks off, collaborating closely with an experienced Norland Nanny. Frequent travel to the United States is expected. The offered salary is competitive and will be based on the candidate's experience.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in childcare and early years development, with experience supporting various age groups and their developmental milestones.
• Design and implement stimulating educational, creative, and play activities that foster learning, curiosity, and independence in the child.
• Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to manage daily routines, scheduling, and the unique rota pattern efficiently.
• Maintain clear and respectful communication with parents, household staff, and the child to ensure harmonious cooperation.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment prioritizing child safety and wellbeing, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding.
• Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and discretion, adapting seamlessly to family preferences and household culture.
• Hold relevant childcare credentials like Early Years or childcare diploma, preferably including up-to-date pediatric first aid certification.
• Undergo enhanced background checks and have proven experience working within private households or nanny roles, ideally involving rota or shared care settings.
