Role Overview

We seek a committed and meticulous Room Attendant who will play a vital role in maintaining the highest hygiene and presentation standards of guest rooms. This position demands a reliable individual passionate about delivering outstanding service and maintaining cleanliness in alignment with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare assigned guest rooms in accordance with the hotel's standards.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively with team members to efficiently complete daily tasks.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly, following Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures.
• Support additional housekeeping duties as required.
• Show great attention to detail and take pride in all assigned work.
• Adhere fully to all hotel and organizational rules and guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Physically capable of managing the demands of the role.
• Motivated to learn and develop relevant skills.
• Possess a strong work ethic focused on thoroughness and efficiency.
• Good communication abilities coupled with effective time management and a friendly demeanor.
• Dependable and trustworthy in work attendance and task completion.
• Availability to work flexible shifts spread over a seven-day roster.
