Position Purpose

As a Room Attendant within the Housekeeping team, your role is essential in maintaining sparkling clean rooms with attention to detail, contributing to a memorable guest experience. Beyond cleaning duties, you will collaborate effectively with your team and assist guests as needed, ensuring a high standard of hospitality throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms including changing linens, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to uphold exceptional standards.
• Adhere to established procedures to meet and maintain the resort's cleanliness excellence.
• Keep housekeeping carts stocked, organized, and ready for efficient service.
• Handle cleaning supplies responsibly, following safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Honor guest privacy and security to provide a comfortable and respectful atmosphere.
• Promptly notify maintenance staff of any repair or upkeep needs to prevent disruptions.

Candidate Profile

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable communication style.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing time efficiently to complete tasks effectively.
• Comfortable in a physically active role that includes moving between rooms using internal and external stairs and open walkways.
• Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Must have reliable transport and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
