Role Responsibilities
- Implement risk management procedures within teams aligned with the overarching enterprise risk framework and company policy.
- Support integration of updated risk practices per the wider risk improvement strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the Risk Manager to maintain consistency in risk management activities.
- Deliver insights aimed at continuously refining the risk framework, focusing on auditability, consistency, and traceability.
- Assist in maintaining rigorous, transparent risk data reflecting programme and project realities.
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops to aid risk identification and evaluation at both project and programme levels.
- Help project and programme teams formulate clear, actionable, and measurable risk responses.
- Support quantitative risk analysis for assessing exposure and linking risk with cost and scheduling as needed.
- Coordinate risk training sessions and provide coaching under the guidance of the Risk Manager.
- Advocate the importance and benefits of risk management throughout project and programme teams.
- Maintain risk registers and related documentation, ensuring data quality and effective reporting including dashboards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8 to 10 years of validated experience in programme and project risk management, preferably within Water/Utilities or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven capability in developing, assessing, or executing risk management processes, plans, or methodologies.
- Proficiency with at least one risk database software such as Pentana, ARM, or Risk Controller.
- Familiarity with risk modeling tools like Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, or Safran.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
