Role Overview

This full-time position based in the Greater Melbourne Area involves reviewing extensive legal and medical documentation. The Reviewer condenses these materials into succinct summaries to support solicitors and colleagues. Daily duties include evaluating case files, extracting essential details, constructing timelines, preparing organized summary reports compliant with firm standards, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications and Expectations

• Availability for full-time onsite work Monday through Friday at the Melbourne office; part-time (four days) may be considered for suitable candidates.
• Strong analytical acumen and critical thinking to detect discrepancies, potential risks, and points requiring further clarification.
• Exemplary written communication capabilities, ensuring grammar accuracy, clear structure, and careful review of legal correspondence.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches and sensitivity when dealing with delicate subject matters.
• Competency with standard office applications and case management tools, alongside excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team, adhere to established protocols, and uphold client confidentiality and professional standards.
