As a Retail Betting Assistant at Paddy Power, your main task will be to warmly welcome and assist customers in our retail locations. Your interaction will ensure every customer experiences exceptional service and enjoys a friendly and inviting environment. You'll play an important role in promoting our technology-driven products and both online and offline betting services, contributing to a vibrant retail atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, nurturing strong and engaging relationships with patrons.
• Host and assist customers in placing bets using different platforms including betting terminals, phone services, and in-person transactions.
• Maintain the shop's presentation to keep an appealing environment for visitors.
• Step in for shop management during their absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Adjust to varying situations while prioritizing customer care and support.
• Follow all policies related to social responsibility and legal regulations within the betting industry.
