Aanuma Hospitality is expanding its team at The Kind Roastery & Brew Room and is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for various service roles in the restaurant.

Available Positions

• Captain
• Steward / Waiter
• Service Associate
• Restaurant Helper / Utility
• Busser (Table Clearance)

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their seats and contribute to a delightful dining experience.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders for roles like Captain and Steward.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Efficiently prepare, clear, and reset dining tables.
• Address guest requests promptly and handle basic service issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
• Participate in opening and closing duties as required.
• Collaborate with the team to facilitate smooth daily restaurant operations.
• Adhere to company standard operating procedures while maintaining professional appearance and conduct.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Exhibit effective communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrate teamwork and professional demeanor.
• Capable of performing well in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Prior experience in cafés, restaurants, or hotels is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply especially for Helper and Steward roles.
