The S3 Program

Role Overview
We are looking for a committed and customer-focused Renewal Sales Specialist to own the contract renewal process for our existing clientele. This role acts as a trusted advisor, enhancing customer retention and satisfaction while exploring upselling opportunities. The position is based in the Cork office and operates primarily onsite with some possibility of hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete support service contract renewal lifecycle, ensuring deadlines and accuracy.
- Collaborate with quoting experts to maintain the quality and correctness of renewal proposals.
- Strive to improve on-time and in-quarter renewal rates while managing discount application governance.
- Engage proactively with partners and customers to understand needs, address issues, and communicate service value.
- Provide specialized knowledge on support offerings, policies, and compliance to internal teams and partners.
- Build strong relationships with sales, pre-sales, customer success, and account management to streamline the renewal process.
- Coordinate regular planning discussions with account stakeholders to anticipate renewal intentions.
- Resolve customer and partner queries or escalations around renewals swiftly and effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in customer-facing or service roles, preferably with exposure to sales environments.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages such as German, French, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrates eagerness to learn new technologies, challenge norms, and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.
- Strong attention to detail paired with excellent organizational abilities.
- Exhibits a proactive attitude with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
