Job Overview
This opportunity is based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu and involves critical client-facing responsibilities. The role offers a fixed monthly salary paired with appealing performance-based incentives. A personal vehicle (bike) and a valid driving license are preferred to facilitate travel and client visits. Fluency in the local Tamil language is essential for effective communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture solid relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries and understanding their financial needs promptly.
- Identify potential leads for a range of loan products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loans Against Property (LAP).
- Promote and pitch financial products to prospective customers, continuously following up leads to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of communication, demonstrating strong English language proficiency and persuasive skills to confidently articulate product benefits.
