Role Overview
The company seeks Relationship Managers or Senior Relationship Managers to join its Wholesale Solutions department in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business development prospects through activities like prospecting, lead generation, engaging clients, assessing their needs, proposing fitting solutions, and maintaining relationships to grow the client base and strengthen ABFL's market presence.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the Mid Corporates segment by establishing strong customer connections via proactive interaction and tailored service.
- Monitor the market, competitors, and mid-corporate clientele trends regularly; prepare reports on emerging opportunities and competitive landscape adjustments.
- Spot and execute opportunities for cross-selling other financial products of ABFSG based on client requirements.
- Engage clients effectively through ongoing communication and partnership-driven approaches.
- Collaborate internally to streamline processes, bolster client engagement, and uphold quick turnaround times, thereby enhancing brand trust and expanding the customer portfolio.
- Implement best practices and process enhancements to improve operational productivity and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare periodic MIS and reports covering sales operations, including disbursements, profitability, NPAs, client growth, product launches, and branch performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders such as operations and risk units for smooth transaction flow and issue resolution.
- Follow sales operations compliance and align with risk management protocols; identify and raise early alarms for potential risks.
- Review client financial proposals with a risk perspective and assist in finalizing offers that adhere to risk guidelines.
- Continuously analyze client portfolio health and promptly address escalation cases by coordinating among relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- CA or MBA degree.
