Rxilient is a rapidly expanding healthcare company working to improve patient access to innovative treatments throughout Asia. As the business grows its regional presence, it is hiring a highly motivated Regional Program Manager to help deliver strong launch execution and support strategic business priorities across multiple Asian markets.

Role Overview

This is a high-visibility regional position that brings together product launch coordination, cross-functional program leadership, and hands-on delivery of strategic projects. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and outside partners to make sure market launches are completed smoothly and on time.

The position also contributes to initiatives led directly from the CEO’s office, offering broad exposure to regional operations and meaningful business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and drive launch readiness activities across Asia markets, ensuring regional programs are prepared for execution.
• Track launch schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and governance checkpoints.
• Work with teams across Commercial, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to keep launch work aligned.
• Lead readiness reviews and support effective go-live delivery.
• Coordinate with distributors and Contract Sales Organizations (CSOs) on launch preparation and supply readiness.
• Contribute to strategic projects and business initiatives sponsored by the CEO office.
• Create executive-level updates, dashboards, presentation materials, and project status reports.
• Develop repeatable launch governance practices and operational systems that can be scaled regionally.
