About the Role

EY invites you to join its Performance & Rewards team as a Regional Benefits Coordinator for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will contribute significantly to advancing and managing the regional employee benefits programs, supporting strategic initiatives, renewals, and day-to-day administration. Collaborating closely with talent teams, brokers, insurers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure benefits are effectively communicated and valued, enhancing the employee experience at EY across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with regional insurance renewals including Requests for Proposal (RFP) processes by conducting data analysis, preparing presentations, and managing communications with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate renewal data and documentation, ensuring accurate member census gathering, compliance with independence and regulatory standards, and timely execution of implementation tasks.
  • Manage comprehensive benefits administration activities such as enrolment, renewals, premium collections, member engagement, and operational support.
  • Enhance stakeholder involvement and benefits understanding through feedback sessions, renewal webinars, and close cooperation with brokers and insurers.
  • Maintain and update communication platforms and resources that provide clear and accessible benefits information.
  • Oversee insurance invoicing, allocation of premiums, reporting, and payment workflows to ensure precision and punctuality.
  • Act as the central contact point for any benefits-related questions, addressing inquiries on claims, coverage, policy interpretations, and reports across the region.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR, with preferred exposure to benefits, rewards, or insurance programs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, capable of effectively interacting with diverse groups and organizational levels.
  • Highly proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when managing complex data.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to perform well in a dynamic regional setting, balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
