Job Location and Contract Details

This full-time, permanent role is based in Ash Vale, GU12 5QF, with a salary of £26,509.31 per annum plus excellent additional benefits. Working hours are 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, including occasional Saturdays and Bank Holidays.

Role Overview

You will join the Rushmoor team as a Refuse and Recycling Loader, delivering comprehensive waste and recycling services to local residents and businesses. Working alongside a dedicated driver, you will collect waste and recycling materials along pre-specified routes. This position represents Serco’s Environmental Services team publicly, contributing to maintaining clean, safe, and tidy streets, homes, and business areas by providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect waste and recyclable materials from residential and commercial properties following a set route with the vehicle driver.
• Act as the community-facing representative of Serco’s environmental services team.
• Take personal responsibility and pride in maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout service areas.
