Revel is building a new way to control mission-critical hardware across aerospace, automotive, energy, and manufacturing. Its software platform brings together an easy-to-use command and control interface, a purpose-built language for hardware control, and a fast runtime designed for dependable, safe deployment of critical systems.
Role Overview
Revel is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support its talent team in creating an excellent experience for every candidate. In this early-stage, venture-backed startup, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the hiring process running smoothly and to help shape how the company presents itself to top engineering and operations talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage interviews, keeping candidate, interviewer, and hiring manager calendars organized and aligned.
- Act as a main contact for candidates during hiring, providing prompt, friendly, and professional communication.
- Keep the ATS up to date by maintaining candidate profiles, pipeline stages, and job listings.
- Handle interview logistics for both onsite and virtual rounds, including video meeting setup, travel coordination, and support on the day of interviews.
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to share resumes and role details with interviewers before each interview.
- Assist with onboarding coordination by partnering with People Operations and hiring managers to support a smooth first day for new hires.
- Contribute to improving recruiting coordination systems, templates, and day-to-day workflows as the team grows.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or executive/administrative support in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong organizational ability and a sharp eye for detail.
- Clear, warm, and professional communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience using ATS tools, scheduling systems, and Google Workspace or comparable productivity software.
- Ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- Self-starter mindset with the confidence to take initiative and raise issues early.
- Preference for candidates who have supported technical or engineering hiring in a software or hardware startup.
- Experience with high-volume interview coordination is a plus.
- Interest in progressing toward a full-cycle recruiting path over time is valued.
- Comfort working with recruiting data and basic coordination metrics.
- Curiosity about technology, engineering, and team building.
- Experience with Ashby ATS is preferred.
Additional Information
This role must comply with U.S. export control rules (ITAR). Applicants need to be one of the following: a U.S. citizen or national, a U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), a refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or an asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158, or they must be able to obtain the necessary authorization from the U.S. Department of State.
