Role Description

The Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle encompassing sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and managing offers. They will actively build and sustain a pipeline of candidates via proactive sourcing and network development. The role involves implementing recruitment strategies to broaden the candidate pool, supporting the Office Manager with business direction and vision alignment, assisting in employee training and retention, and participating in branding efforts and initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Previous experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance, wealth management, or sales is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-driven with effective time management skills.
• Capable of working independently within a fast-moving, target-oriented environment.
