Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our Manufacturing recruitment division in Ahmedabad. This role involves partnering with clients within the manufacturing sector to attract and hire top talent, contributing to building a robust candidate pipeline.

Key Duties

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from posting jobs to onboarding.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies including job boards, passive candidate outreach, and networking events.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews, and present qualified candidates to clients.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fully grasp role requirements and organizational culture.
• Monitor recruitment performance indicators such as time-to-fill, quality of hires, and offer acceptance rates.
• Manage candidate databases and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Engage in business development and maintain client relations.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Demonstrated success in hiring within the relevant domain.
• Proficient in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networking.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Analytically minded, able to track and report key recruitment metrics effectively.
• Willingness to work a six-day week with flexible scheduling.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Additional Details

• Work schedule: 6 days per week.
• Work location: Office-based at Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
• This position does not support remote work or work-from-home options.
• Monthly compensation ranges from 15000 to 30000 INR.
