Key Responsibilities

• Lead a QA team to gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders effectively.
• Design, carry out, and document test cases aligned with business and functional criteria in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand processes and provide expert guidance and quality outputs.
• Coordinate with Expleo’s functional, automated, and performance testing services for consistent quality delivery.
• Work closely with technical architects and developers, translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Maintain strict scope control for design iterations unless authorized by business stakeholders.
• Alert management proactively of issues potentially impacting key deadlines.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster innovative approaches within the team.
• Review and validate peer test case documentation to ensure coverage of all requirements.
• Verify fixes by re-testing resolved bugs.
• Delegate tasks and provide guidance to junior QA personnel.
• Ensure quality focus on product releases with keen attention to detail and customer orientation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• ISTQB certification is mandatory.
• Experience with non-functional testing in payment and POS systems is essential.
• Strong expertise in API testing.
• Proven background working on large fintech, payment, or POS projects.
• Exceptional client-facing and people management skills, including mentoring and knowledge transfer facilitation.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Innovative mindset with a balance between creativity and vigilance.
• High emotional intelligence and teamwork orientation.
• Openness and transparency valued in communication.
• Capable of influencing stakeholders effectively.

Experience

• At least 3 years of testing experience across fintech, payment, and POS environments, including leadership roles as a Test Lead.
• Proficiency in scoping, creating functional and non-functional test plans and test data, and maintaining test environment integrity.
• Test estimation and planning expertise.
• Detail-oriented with a strong quality focus.
