Requirements
- Proven success in meeting or surpassing quality progression targets in healthcare data or quality assurance environments.
- Comfortable working with remote teams using virtual collaboration tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of complex duplicate validity standards and healthcare data quality principles.
- Familiarity with hospital health information systems and healthcare data processing workflows.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various reporting tools.
