Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture the Purchasing & Supply Chain team to foster high performance.
• Design and execute comprehensive purchasing and supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage demand planning, forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities to improve operational predictability.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers to elevate service delivery and performance.
• Implement inventory management tactics to optimize stock levels and working capital efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout purchasing and supply chain functions to enhance process effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management roles.
• Proficiency in demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP practices.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and demand planning tools.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with commercial acumen and leadership skills.

Additional Information

This role offers an annual salary ranging from 75,000 to 90,000 Euros, supplemented by a yearly bonus, pension plan, and excellent benefits.
