Job Overview

Join our team as a Punjabi Customer Support Advisor based in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai, where you will be responsible for handling customer service tasks in the Punjabi language.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have completed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) education. A minimum of 6 months customer service experience is preferred, although freshers are welcome to apply. Proficiency in both Punjabi and English communication is essential.

Work Schedule

Fixed shift timing from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Five working days per week
Fixed weekends off on Saturday and Sunday

Compensation Details

Freshers will receive a salary of ₹15,000 per month. Experienced candidates can earn up to ₹26,000 per month, depending on their experience.
