Location

Situated in a dynamic waterfront urban area on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, our 34-storey Four Seasons Hotel boasts panoramic city and Arabian Gulf views. Featuring 200 bright rooms including 38 suites, along with six innovative dining venues, the hotel blends sophisticated style with modern sustainability in Abu Dhabi's prime business and lifestyle district.

Role Overview

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for ensuring all public spaces within the hotel remain impeccably clean, well-maintained, and inviting for guests at all times. This position is vital in upholding the hotel's standards of comfort, hygiene, and overall guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms (bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom) following established protocols.
• Perform housekeeping duties for both occupied and checked-out rooms.
• Provide turndown services for guests.
• Seek opportunities to customize and enhance guests' service experience.
• Assist with additional tasks or projects as assigned by supervision.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Friendly personality with a proactive and positive work attitude.
