About the Role
AWO Saarland is seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our therapeutic student support team based in Homburg. This position is offered on a permanent, part-time basis with 17 hours per week. The role falls under the TV AWO Saarland EG S17 employment conditions and is available immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing individual and group psychological support for children and adolescents.
- Conducting psychological assessments focused on performance and personality diagnostics.
- Implementing tailored interventions to support children and youth with diverse special needs.
- Offering guidance and assistance to parents of the children and adolescents served.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of a degree in Psychology (Master's or Diploma level).
- Strong expertise in psychological diagnostics and anamnesis.
- Effective communication and counseling abilities.
- Proficiency in applying various methods adapted to target groups.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a car.
