Property Services Officer

About the Role

We are looking to appoint Property Services Officers to join our Property teams within the Australian Taxation Office. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks that support the execution of activities across the national ATO Property Portfolio. Being service-focused, you will contribute to stakeholder engagement, process enhancement, and administrative support functions.

Key Responsibilities

You will partner with a diverse group of stakeholders to meet business objectives. Utilizing critical thinking and strong communication abilities, you will evaluate information and offer advice in response to client inquiries. Your duties will also encompass assisting with project implementation, coordinating site-related activities, managing scheduling and logistics, and juggling multiple deadlines effectively.

Lead by example by fostering a positive and productive team environment, maintaining a dedication to both personal growth and supporting the development of colleagues.

Positions may be available within Accommodation Strategy, Projects, or Business Management areas. Employment can be ongoing or non-ongoing. Locations for these roles include Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Gosford, Geelong, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt, or Wollongong.
