Role overview

Kerner Norland is hiring a Project Manager in Australia to steer multiple creative and digital projects from start to finish. The role focuses on keeping websites, app design, branding, and content work moving smoothly while ensuring quality, timing, and client communication stay on point.

What you’ll be doing

• Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across websites, app design, branding, and content.
• Partner with designers, developers, and content specialists to keep work progressing as planned.
• Turn project goals into practical tasks, timelines, and clear deliverables.
• Make sure outputs are completed on schedule and meet a strong quality standard.
• Maintain ClickUp so that tasks are properly assigned, monitored, and closed.
• Lead internal catch-ups and help keep communication flowing across teams.
• Check work before it reaches clients and identify issues early.
• Handle schedules, priorities, and workloads across several active projects.
• Spot risks early and resolve problems before they grow.
• Keep clients informed so they always know where things stand.
• Refine workflows and remove anything that feels inefficient or unclear.
• Focus on delivering work correctly, not just finishing tasks.

What you should have

• At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in an agency or similarly fast-moving environment.
• A solid grasp of website design and development processes.
• A strong eye for design and detail, with the ability to notice when something is off.
• An organised but adaptable approach when priorities shift.
• A proactive habit of following up rather than waiting.
• Comfort managing multiple projects without compromising quality.
• Clear, direct communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or comparable platforms.
• A focus on outcomes, not only task completion.

Bonus points

• Previous experience working with Australian clients or teams.
• Exposure to design, development, or content work.
• Experience managing app or product design projects.
• Prior involvement in improving or building workflows and processes.
• Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum methods.
