Elevation3D is a prominent company specializing in event production, experiential marketing, and customized exhibit solutions. The Project Manager acts as the central coordinator working closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, and internal departments such as graphic design, production, detailing, warehouse, and shop to ensure smooth workflows and seamless communication throughout all phases of event projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, meet budgets or come in under, and satisfy or exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain accurate inventories of client components for all projects.
• Coordinate and sustain positive working relationships with both external production vendors and internal teams, including client services, shop, and warehouse, to keep deliverables on track.
• Organize and lead meetings crucial to project success, including Quality Assurance meetings to resolve outstanding issues, and discussions with Account Managers to assess upcoming projects.
• Assist the production manager by ordering appropriate quantities of materials such as carpeting in a timely manner.
• Serve as the single point of contact for on-site supervisors regarding production-related inquiries or challenges and act in the capacity of an on-site supervisor when necessary.
• Lead all CAD meetings and manage the production launch process to ensure departmental readiness according to pre-approved timelines.
• Oversee detailing and graphic production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of estimates, proofs, and approvals.
• Partner with the warehouse manager to finalize inspection reports within 10 business days post-event and prepare comprehensive client reports.
• Implement quality control by vigilantly monitoring project details, engaging consistently with operational teams, and applying QC procedures to all deliverables.
• Facilitate essential communication to support project success and proactively address challenges to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably 8 years of project management experience, with a strong advantage if within the trade show industry.
• Thorough understanding of the tradeshow sector and associated construction techniques.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.
• Capable of independently managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational capability, and interpersonal communication.
• A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking and reporting.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of working time.
