Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our PMO Team in Australia to lead the successful implementation of ecoPortal’s SaaS projects. This role involves managing a project portfolio ranging from straightforward standard installs to complex customized solutions, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines while meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full project lifecycles for SaaS implementations, guaranteeing effective delivery and customer onboarding.
- Lead project initiations and planning stages, ensuring smooth transitions from sales teams to implementation.
- Handle project scope and change management, aligning execution with contractual commitments.
- Track budgets, schedules, risks, and project dependencies to maintain progress and mitigate issues.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Implementation Specialists, and client representatives to achieve alignment and shared goals.
- Deliver regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate customer approval processes and seamless handovers to business-as-usual operations.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives including post-implementation feedback through surveys.
- Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to the PMO's best practice development.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years experience in project management, preferably focused on SaaS or software delivery projects.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects meeting deadlines, budgets, and scope requirements.
