The Role

We seek a Project Manager to enhance launch processes, partnerships, and operational workflows across the company. This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to address the team's priorities. It offers the chance to influence operations and company growth within a dynamic startup setting, working directly with industry experts to drive positive outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance key partnerships with payors and suppliers to guarantee prompt order fulfillment and a seamless patient experience, including continuous data monitoring and regular communication touchpoints.
• Oversee prior authorization workflows, ensuring efficient processing through various portals requiring manual submissions and persistent follow-up.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Support, Payor Development, and Product teams to share knowledge, refine workflows, and tackle operational challenges.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on critical performance indicators such as patient reach, turnaround times, and error rates, delivering insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in healthcare or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) clinical operations, in roles like biller, medical assistant, or scribe is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage numerous manual tasks concurrently.
• Proficient data entry capabilities and multitasking skills.
• Strong enthusiasm for utilizing technology to enhance processes and improve patient experiences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 with performance incentives.
• Flexible work schedule including three days per week in the New York office.
