Project Manager (Earthworks & Infrastructure)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in overseeing significant civil engineering and infrastructure projects. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading large-scale earthworks and infrastructure development initiatives from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all stages of projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget constraints, and quality parameters.
• Manage site operations, including tasks such as deep excavations, grading, earthworks, and the installation of infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate closely with on-site personnel, subcontractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement rigorous health, safety, and environmental protocols while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Generate and communicate comprehensive progress updates to senior management, emphasizing key milestones and crucial decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field of engineering.
• Demonstrated experience of approximately 8 to 10 or more years handling major earthworks and infrastructure projects.
• In-depth understanding of technical requirements, heavy equipment management, and quantity surveying.
• Strong leadership abilities combined with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Possession of PMP certification or an equivalent credential is highly advantageous.
